You arrive at the end of the road that leads to Metello, a hamlet of Castelnuovo di Garfagnana, and you immediately see this large stone house with typical architectural features of rural villages.
A volume has been added to the original building, whose layout dates back to the second half of the nineteenth century,
With skilful restoration it has been made habitable according to modern needs but has taken nothing away from its natural character with use of materials, colors and features, and attention to tradition without neglecting the needs of daily living and therefore the terracotta on the ground floor and a beautiful wood boards on the upper floors.
The villa is divided on two floors connected by a large wooden staircase: on the ground floor there are two ample rooms, a living room with arched stone fireplace closed by a glazed iron structure and a dining room , typical open fireplace, and connects to the kitchen.
The large terrace, created to cover the useful garage below, allows you to experience the outdoors, sheltered by the garden strip and overlooking the unsurpassed spectacle of the most beautiful Apuan peaks.
The bedrooms are all upstairs and one of them leads to the "roof terrace" revisited as a lovely living room.
The bathrooms are one per floor with the possibility of adding a third one.
