The bustling mountain town of Piazza al Serchio (on the main Pisa/Lucca to Aulla train line) is about 12 km away and provides extensive shopping and services as well as a weekly open air market. The city of Aulla is 30km (40 mins) away. From here you can enter the extensive motorway system which gives access to the rest of Italy and Europe.

The coast and the world famous “Cinque Terre” are just over 55km from Minucciano – the journey takes about an hour (a bit more to the “Cinque Terre”). Pisa airport is about 95km away (1 hour 30 mins by car).
