A little about the area Poggio is a small mountain village situated approximately 50 mins North Of Lucca, and 8km from the local market town of Castelnuovo, with its various bars & restaurants, and well-known Thursday morning market.
Poggio itself has a train station perfect for exploring those larger towns in air conditioned comfort.

The property is situated in its own extensive grounds/orchards, guaranteeing total privacy. The views from the house are absolutely beautiful, with the garden enjoying uninterrupted views over the Serchio Valley, which itself is nestled between the Apennine, and Apuane mountain ranges.
