Nature Relax Convenience
A week of relaxation in a house equipped with everything you need and beyond (pool, whirlpool, barbecue...) immersed in nature 2 steps from Lucca and many other beautiful paola resorts (the propretaria) very kind and caring#John Dunn - This converted mill is absolute paradise, peace, relaxation and a stunning location. I can only echo everything said previously about Paola, the most perfect host ever. We cannot wait to return and have told all our friends and family about this magical place.

"The property, location and support were amazing. We booked 10 days at Paola's converted mill house for our family of 5 (kids 7,12,14). The house is very cool in the daytime, spacious and well appointed. The location is sheer bliss, lovely views up and down the valley with the sound of the mountain stream. The pool was a big hit with us all. Paola unexpectedly served up pizzas, homemade bread and honey and other treats out of the blue which were all gorgeous. A great base for exploring Lucca and Pisa. local village is a 15 minute walk for all the essentials. Would definitely recommend."
“Wonderful villa in the warm and quiet hills of Tuscany, enriched by the famous Tuscan hospitality”

Private, quiet, well-equipped, clean and comfortable villa with a fine (and very necessary) pool. That was what my family of 7 found found tugged away in the hills centrally placed between Lucca, Pisa and Firenze, not far from Coreglia Antiminelli.
This has been the best 2 week stay in the south of Europe that we have had so far, amongst many.
First of all, we were greeted and looked after by the nicest land-lady (Paula), who even served us home-made, great-tasting food. First at our arrival - when we were tired and hungry, and later the best pizzas from her own stone oven.
Secondly, the house offered all the facilities that we could wish for, including wifi for the teenagers.
The house and surroundings were clean and well-kept. We had anticipated a very challenging dirt road to the house, but it turned out to be quite undramatic. Just drive slowly and don't bring a humvee or a Rolls Royce.
