A newly refurbished house, split into two one bedroom apartments. Light and airy, with well equipped kitchens containing a cooker, hob and fridge, the larger apartment also has a dishwasher. Each bedroom has a double and single bed, the open plan living area holds an extra sofa bed.The properties share a brand new pool with wonderful views.

The location is 10 minutes north of the market town of Castelnuovo di Garfagnana with its famous Thursday morning market, numerous bars & restaurants. Closer to home, the village of Viletta a 5 min walk away and has a restaurant, bar and a few local shops. The train station is a 5/10 minute walk.

The Golf Course of Garfagnana is only a 5 min drive. Lucca - is an hour or so, Pisa 90 mins, Florence 1 hr 40 mins: Barga 25 mins....The National Parks of the Garfagnana, and the local ancient fortress (great for picnics!) are only a short drive away and there are numerous hilltop villages to visit very locally....
